Our store serves business customers, retailers and professional buyers only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Currency<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All product prices, shipping quotes, invoices and payments are issued in euros (EUR), unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Payment Method<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The initial accepted payment method is <strong>Direct Bank Transfer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Credit cards, cash on delivery and consumer installment payments are not currently accepted unless they are specifically displayed as available during checkout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Shipping Quote Before Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wholesale shipping costs depend on the destination, total weight, package dimensions and number of cartons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For this reason:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The buyer submits an order request.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ferri Ferrucci Wholesale calculates the shipping cost.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The buyer receives the final shipping quote and order total.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The buyer approves or declines the quote.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bank-transfer instructions are provided only after approval.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The buyer should not send payment before approving the final shipping quote and receiving the official bank-transfer instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bank-Transfer Instructions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After quote approval, the order status changes to <strong>Awaiting Bank Payment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The buyer will receive:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Account holder name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bank name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>EUR IBAN<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SWIFT\/BIC<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Final payable amount<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment reference<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment deadline<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The buyer must include the order number in the bank-transfer description so that the payment can be matched to the correct order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payments must be sent only to the bank account displayed in the official order confirmation or customer account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Payment Deadline<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The payment deadline will be shown in the order confirmation or approved quote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If payment is not received by the stated deadline:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reserved stock may be released.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The shipping quote may expire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shipping charges may need to be recalculated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The order may be cancelled.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A late payment does not guarantee that the original stock or shipping quote will remain available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bank Charges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All sending-bank, intermediary-bank and international transfer charges are the buyer\u2019s responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The full amount shown in the final order total must reach the designated bank account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the received amount is lower because of bank charges, exchange-rate deductions or transfer fees, the order will remain unpaid until the outstanding balance is received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Payment Confirmation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Submitting a transfer receipt does not constitute cleared payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An order is considered paid only after the funds are received and confirmed in the designated bank account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payment confirmation may take additional time depending on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The buyer\u2019s bank<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intermediary banks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>International transfer processing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Weekends and public holidays<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorrect or missing payment references<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After cleared payment is confirmed, the order status changes to <strong>Processing<\/strong> and preparation begins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Order Total Changes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The buyer must pay only the most recent approved order total.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If product quantities, shipping charges, taxes or other order totals change after approval:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The previous approval becomes invalid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A revised quote will be issued.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The buyer must approve the revised total before payment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Do not send payment based on an expired or superseded quote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Taxes and VAT<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Taxes are applied according to the seller\u2019s invoicing obligations, the delivery country and the verified tax status of the buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Business buyers may be asked to provide:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Legal company name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Company registration number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Billing address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valid EU VAT number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional tax information where required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Providing a VAT number does not automatically guarantee VAT-exempt treatment. The number and transaction conditions may need to be verified before the invoice is finalized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the supplied VAT or company information is invalid, incomplete or cannot be verified, applicable VAT may be added to the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The buyer is responsible for providing accurate tax and company information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Invoices<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The invoice will be issued by the legal seller identified in the order documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Invoices are prepared using the company and tax information supplied by the buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The buyer must review all billing information before approving the quote. Requests to change an invoice after issue may be restricted by accounting and tax rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Underpayments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the amount received is lower than the final approved total:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The order will not enter preparation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The buyer will be notified of the outstanding amount.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Processing will begin only after the full balance has cleared.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Overpayments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If an overpayment occurs, Ferri Ferrucci Wholesale will review the transaction and agree on an appropriate correction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any refund of an overpayment may be reduced by unavoidable bank charges, where permitted and supported by the transaction records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Duplicate Payments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the same order is paid more than once, contact our support team immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After the duplicate payment is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate refund or account credit. Bank processing times and charges may apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Payment Security<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ferri Ferrucci Wholesale will never request:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Online banking passwords<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Card PINs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Full payment-card details by email or chat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remote access to the buyer\u2019s bank account<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Always verify that payment instructions come from the official website, customer account or authorized Ferri Ferrucci Wholesale communication channel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you receive suspicious or changed bank instructions, do not send payment. Contact our support team using the contact details published on our website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Order Cancellation Before Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A buyer may request cancellation before payment has cleared.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An unpaid order may also be cancelled automatically or manually after the payment deadline expires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cancellation requests made after payment or after order preparation has begun are subject to review and are not guaranteed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Approved refunds are sent using an appropriate documented payment method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refund processing times depend on the banks involved.
