Our store serves business customers, retailers and professional buyers only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Shipping Origin<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orders are invoiced and dispatched from our fulfillment point in Bulgaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shipments delivered within the standard European Union customs territory generally do not require the buyer to complete import customs procedures upon delivery. Special territories and destinations outside the standard EU customs territory may be subject to additional requirements or charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Shipping Quote Process<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shipping is calculated separately after checkout because wholesale orders vary in total weight, volume, number of cartons and delivery destination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The initial checkout does not include a final shipping charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After receiving your order request, we will calculate the shipping cost using:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Delivery country and postcode<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Total order weight<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Package dimensions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Number of cartons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Selected carrier and service<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any special delivery requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will receive a shipping quote showing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Product subtotal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shipping charge<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applicable taxes, if any<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Final order total<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carrier or delivery service<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estimated dispatch date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estimated delivery period<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quote expiration date<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No bank payment is required before you review and approve the final shipping quote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quote Approval and Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can approve or decline the shipping quote through your customer account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After approval, the order status will change to <strong>Awaiting Bank Payment<\/strong>, and bank-transfer instructions will be provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A shipping quote is valid only until the expiration date shown in the quote. If the quote expires before approval or payment, the shipping cost may need to be recalculated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The order will enter preparation only after the full payment has cleared.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Order Preparation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preparation time begins after:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The shipping quote has been approved<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Full payment has cleared<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Product availability has been confirmed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete billing and delivery information has been received<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The expected preparation time will be shown in your order or shipping quote. Preparation estimates may vary according to order size, product availability and seasonal workload.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays observed at the fulfillment location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Estimated Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The estimated delivery period will be included in the approved shipping quote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Carrier operations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Severe weather<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Public holidays<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorrect or incomplete delivery information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remote-area delivery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recipient unavailability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Events outside our reasonable control<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A delay by the carrier does not automatically qualify the order for cancellation or refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tracking Information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tracking information will be added to your customer account and sent by email when available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring that someone is available to receive the shipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tracking may not become active immediately after the label is created. Carrier systems may require additional time to display the first scan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delivery Address<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate company delivery address, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Company name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact person<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Street address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Postcode<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>City<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Country<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Telephone number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any required delivery instructions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please review the delivery address before approving the shipping quote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Address changes requested after quote approval or dispatch may not be possible and may result in additional charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Failed Delivery and Returned Shipments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a shipment cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, refusal, missing information or failure to collect the shipment, the buyer may be responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Return transportation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Storage charges<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Redelivery charges<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Address-correction fees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other carrier charges<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Returned orders will not be resent until the applicable additional costs have been confirmed and paid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Split Shipments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Large orders may be dispatched in more than one carton or shipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where necessary, we may split an order because of package limits, carrier requirements or product availability. Available tracking numbers will be provided for each shipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will not split an order in a way that creates an additional shipping charge without informing the buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Inspection Upon Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The buyer must inspect the shipment immediately upon delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the outer package is visibly damaged:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Record the damage with the carrier where possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photograph the package before opening it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep the original packaging and shipping label.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photograph the affected products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact Ferri Ferrucci Wholesale within 48 hours of delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Claims involving visible shipping damage, missing cartons or shortages must follow our Returns and Claims Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Loss or Serious Delay<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If tracking shows no movement for an unusual period or the shipment appears lost, contact our support team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will open an investigation with the carrier.
