Purchases are made for commercial purposes and are not consumer transactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">B2B Orders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wholesale orders are not covered by consumer change-of-mind or cooling-off return policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Products cannot be returned simply because:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The buyer changed their mind.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The products did not sell as expected.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The buyer ordered the wrong product, colour, size or quantity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The buyer no longer needs the stock.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The buyer\u2019s customer cancelled a purchase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The buyer prefers a different product after delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Buyers must review product details, pack contents, quantities, prices and shipping information before approving the final quote and making payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Inspection Upon Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The buyer must inspect every shipment immediately after delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before products are distributed, displayed, labelled, washed, altered or resold, the buyer should verify:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Number of cartons received<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Package condition<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Product quantities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Product SKUs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pack contents<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Colours and sizes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Visible manufacturing defects<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorrect or missing products<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Failure to inspect the shipment promptly may affect our ability to investigate a claim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Transit Damage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Claims for visible shipping or package damage must be submitted within <strong>48 hours of delivery<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where possible, the buyer should:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Record visible damage with the carrier at delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photograph all sides of the unopened package.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photograph the shipping label.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep the original carton and packaging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photograph the damaged products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide the order number and affected quantities.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Do not discard damaged packaging until the claim has been reviewed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Missing or Incorrect Products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Claims involving missing quantities, incorrect products, incorrect sizes or incorrect pack contents must be submitted within <strong>48 hours of delivery<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The claim must identify:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Order number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Product name and SKU<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expected quantity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Received quantity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Missing or incorrect sizes\/colours<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relevant photographs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Package and shipping-label photographs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Claims based only on an unsupported quantity statement may not be sufficient for carrier or warehouse investigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Manufacturing Defects<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Claims involving a manufacturing defect not reasonably identifiable during the initial carton count must be submitted within <strong>7 calendar days of delivery<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The buyer must stop selling or distributing the affected products after discovering the issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The claim must include clear photographs or video showing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The complete product<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The defect at close range<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Product label<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Size label<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SKU or identifying information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quantity affected<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may request additional photographs, measurements or information to evaluate the claim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Claim Submission Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every claim must include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Order number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Buyer\u2019s legal company name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact person<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Product name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Product SKU<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quantity affected<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clear description of the issue<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photographs or video<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photographs of the package and shipping label where relevant<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Date the shipment was delivered<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Incomplete claims may require additional information before they can be reviewed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Return Authorization<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Products must not be returned without prior written authorization from Ferri Ferrucci Wholesale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An approved claim does not automatically authorize an immediate return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a return is required, we will provide:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Return authorization<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Approved return address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products and quantities authorized for return<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Packing instructions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Available carrier instructions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Return deadline<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unauthorized returns may be refused and may not qualify for credit or refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Product Condition<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless the claim concerns a confirmed defect, returned products must remain:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Unworn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unwashed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unused<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unaltered<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Free from buyer-added labels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In their original product packaging<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suitable for resale<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, relabelled or resold are not eligible for return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Colour and Measurement Variations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Minor colour differences may occur because of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Screen and device settings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lighting conditions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photography<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fabric production batches<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dye-lot variations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Minor measurement differences may also occur within normal garment-production tolerances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These differences are not automatically considered defects. Claims will be evaluated according to the product information, evidence supplied and reasonable production tolerances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Excluded Claims<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Claims may be rejected where the issue results from:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Normal wear<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorrect washing or care<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improper storage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Buyer alteration or relabelling<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accidental damage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Misuse<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Damage after delivery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Failure to follow product instructions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An incorrect product choice by the buyer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expected minor production tolerance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Information clearly disclosed before purchase<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Claim Review<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may review:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Order and product records<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Warehouse packing information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shipping and tracking records<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photographs and video<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Product condition<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Timing of the claim<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carrier investigation results<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Available stock<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will contact the buyer if additional information is required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Available Resolutions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a claim is approved, the available resolution may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Replacement products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Replacement in a future shipment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Account credit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Partial refund<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Full refund for the approved affected products<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The appropriate resolution depends on the type of issue, quantity affected, product availability, shipping cost and supporting evidence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A full-order refund is not provided when only part of the order is affected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Return Shipping Costs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ferri Ferrucci Wholesale will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping only where:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A defect is confirmed,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorrect goods were supplied, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The return was specifically authorized with seller-paid shipping.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The buyer must not select an expensive or unauthorized return service and expect automatic reimbursement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a claim is not confirmed, the buyer may be responsible for return shipping, redelivery and inspection costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Original Shipping Charges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable once the shipment has been dispatched.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the entire shipment is confirmed to be incorrect or unusable because of our verified error, the treatment of the original shipping charge will be reviewed as part of the claim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refused Deliveries<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refusing delivery does not automatically create a valid return or refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a shipment is refused without prior authorization, the buyer may be responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Return transportation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Storage costs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carrier fees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Redelivery charges<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other expenses caused by the refusal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refund Processing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Approved refunds are processed after the claim has been reviewed and, where required, the returned products have been received and inspected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bank processing times may vary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refunds are issued through an appropriate documented payment method.
